Our Story
At Richhart's Self Storage, we take pride in being a family-owned and operated business that serves the community of Mooresville, IN. Owner Tricia Price started the business in 2010 after recognizing the need for a reliable storage facility in the area. In 2017, we expanded our operations by purchasing space next door to provide our customers with even more storage options! With a broad range of storage options available we look forward to continuing to provide our community members with high quality service for years to come!
As a veteran and family-owned business, we understand the value of hard work and dedication. Tricia has always taken a very hands on approach in the business, making sure customers can rely on her to answer any and all questions they may have and steering them in the right direction for their needs. We believe that building strong relationships with our customers is essential to providing the best possible service, and take the time to understand their personal needs before suggesting which units will best suit them.
At Richhart's Self Storage, we offer traditional indoor and outdoor storage options. Our outdoor storage spaces have no size limit and can accommodate boats, campers, motorhomes, and vehicles. Meanwhile, our indoor units come in various sizes, including 5x10, 6x10, 7x10, 10x10, 10x15, 10x20, and 10x30. We allow customers to take a look at our spaces by appointment before moving in, ensuring that they find the perfect fit for their needs.
We take security seriously at our facility. Our fully fenced-in property is well-lit and equipped with individualized gate codes and surveillance cameras, providing our customers with peace of mind. Additionally, we offer 24-hour access to our spaces, making it convenient for our customers to access their belongings whenever they need to.

I have stored my camper here for 2 years and just renewed for year 3. Overall it has been a very good experience. The lot is secured, there is plenty of space to maneuver the camper, and service has been great.
There were a couple bumps when they changed over systems one year, and it resulted in double charging of my credit card. I called the owner and she quickly handled it and got the money credited right back. I know things happen, especially when updating systems, but she made it right ASAP. She has also been available by email or phone anytime I need to reach out. Overall, I’m very pleased.
